In sessions, Karen helps clients identify their strengths while exploring the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may be contributing to stress or challenges in their lives. She believes that therapy should provide both support and practical tools for managing life’s difficulties. While her primary approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Karen also incorporates play, art, journaling, and other activities to meet each client’s individual needs and goals.

In her spare time, Karen enjoys spending time with her family, watching her grandchildren participate in music and sports, spoiling her cat and dog, and enjoying movies and TV shows.
