Deb is a trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming psychotherapist whose focus and expertise is working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, existential/spiritual issues, grief/loss, lifespan transitions, and the impact of trauma history. In session, Deb will vary her therapeutic approach to collaboratively adapt the work to your needs and experience. She works to build trust through honest mutual feedback, creating a safe base from which to explore the issues that brought you here and consider new ways of relating with your story and environment. In this process, Deb will likely incorporate evidenced-based techniques from both cognitive (CBT, ACT) and psychodynamic (depth/insight–oriented) approaches.
She has experience and enjoys working with adults, teens, and children 10 and up.
Additionally, she is completing training as an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider. This training will strengthen her work in helping clients understand and manage their ADHD diagnosis. This page explains more about how therapy can be helpful with ADHD.
When her therapist hat is off, Deb enjoys making food, spending time with friends, walking outside, visiting new places, and creative projects.
