What we are looking for:
We’d love to have you join our team at Inner Growth Therapy Services, a small, supportive group practice in Geneva, IL. We’re seeking a fully licensed therapist (part-time or full-time positions open) who’s looking for a collaborative, down-to-earth environment where clinicians truly support one another.
We prioritize therapist wellbeing and believe good clinical work starts with feeling respected, connected, and supported. This is a hybrid role (in-person + telehealth), with most clients currently preferring in-office sessions.
Our practice serves children (10+), adolescents, and adults, and is trauma-informed and LGBTQIA+ affirming. We welcome clinicians with diverse specialties and new ideas.

What we provide:
- Competitive compensation: 50% of collected session revenue, with clinician pay ranging from $52–$81 per session depending on the client’s insurance reimbursement rates.
- Supervision/clinical consultation included and clinicians paid for their time.
- W2 status, not independent contractor- we pay a portion of your taxes!

Requirements:
- Current independent licensure. (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT)
- Provisionally licensed clinicians (LPC, LSW) are not eligible
- Willing to work a minimum of 10 hours per week (caseload of 14 clients/week) is required for part time and 24 hours (caseload of 28 clients per week) for full time. This will include some evening hours as well as daytime hours.
- Minimum 1 year post independent licensure preferred, but not required.
- Prior private practice experience is a plus.
